  Hubert Falkner, born April 17, 1936 the author of this concert march "Joy and Memory" is almost predestined as he was able to play from 1955 to 1964 as a tubist and trombonist with the municipal orchestras Ravensburg and Weingarten (Southern Germany) under the direction of Prof. Hans Felix Husadel. Already the reputation of a brass music visionary.
  In 1934, Hans Felix Husadel was commissioned to build up the air force music and became the first to become a major musician. Here he created special arrangements and self-compositions in the new style of symphonic wind music, among others. Also a separate type of air force march.
  
  It was a stroke of luck for us young musicians to play under such a capacity.
  As a thank you for the musical enrichment we were able to learn from Prof. Hans Felix Husadel, I composed this concert march in the style of his air force marches.
