Jeremiah Clarke (c. 1674 - 1707) was an English composer and organist of Baroque. Jeremiah Clarke was first mentioned in 1685 as a young singer of the "Royal Chapell" on the occasion of the coronation of Jakob II. At the age of 17, he was released from the chorus with a pension payment of 20 pounds.

Jeremiah Clarke could be identified as a composer of the "Prince of Denmark March", a popular piece of music that had long been erroneously attributed to Henry Purcell as "Trumpet Voluntary".

Through the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana in 1981, "Trumpet Voluntary" was world famous.
